Instructions for authors: 

Guidelines for publishing research in the Scientific Journal for Quality and Excellence in Education.  

The current instructions are intended to  assist  authors,  reviewers,  editors  and  board  members of the journal in following uniform and consistent rules applicable to all articles published in the journal, in order to raise the level of publication, and to facilitate and accelerate the review and publication processes.  

Research for the journal:  

  1. Research and studies are submitted to the Editorial Board of   the Scientific Journal for Quality and Excellence in Education   through the e-mail: journal@rcqe.org  waiting for the transition to the management system of the journal.  

  1. The researcher is obliged to observe the conditions and controls of writing followed in the journal before submitting research, and if not, the research is returned for further modification and adjustment before evaluation.  

  1. The author should make sure that the following mandatory files are uploaded when submitting the publication request through the  journal@rcqe.org  email pending the transition to the journal management system.  

  • The text of the research paper is identifiable and includes the author/authors data, their institutional affiliation, the title pages in Arabic and English, the research summary, and other information according to (the journal template attached here).  

  • The text of the anonymous research paper (without the names of the author/yen and their institutional affiliation) includes the title of the research and the summary in both Arabic and English.  

 

Deployment standards and controls:  

The journal accepts research and studies in both Arabic and English, provided that the following conditions are met:  

  1. The research should be appropriate to the objectives and scope of the journal.  

  2. The research must be original, not previously published; Either in part or in whole, and not in advance of publication in another.  

  3. The research must be authentic; Make a clear contribution to his field.  

  4. The author must abide by the principles and methodology of scientific research, the rules of integrity and scientific honesty, and the laws of intellectual property protection.  

  5. The author undertakes to make the amendments required by the arbitrators in accordance with the submitted arbitration forms.  

  6. The search size should not be less than 6000 words, and not more than 10,000 words, including the data on the first page, summaries, shapes, drawings, tables, appendices, and references.  

  7. All scientific research submitted to the Journal is examined using the Scientific Orientation Measurement Program approved by the UNESCO Regional Centre for Quality and Excellence in Education.  

  8. The percentage of scientific exposure in the research submitted should be at the lowest possible level and should not exceed 30% through the program approved by the journal.  

  9. The research should base its results on recent data and sources, increasing its research value in its field.  

  10. The author must adhere to the Arabic references and include them in the list of English references (if any).  

Structure of research:  

The research is organized as follows:  

Title page and author/author data:  

  1. Title of the article (preferably no more than twenty words, including the title and title)  

  2. The full name of the first author (the name is abstract without any scientific or professional titles), and the email address (written directly in small letters without writing the word "email").  

  3. Author/ authors data (title and scientific rank, institutional affiliation, university, country, email and link of the ORCID account (ORCID) of the principal researcher, and the following link can be used to create the number of orchids for researchers HTTPS://orcid.org/register  

  4. The names of the authors are arranged successively according to the contribution and research effort and according to the international standards of scientific publishing.  

Summary page (in Arabic and English):  

  1. The number of words for each summary does not exceed 300 words.  

  2. The summary contains at least 5 elements, which are as follows: The purpose of the research, methodology, methods and methods, the research problem, the most important findings and recommendations, the scientific originality of the research and its expected impact on the scope of quality in education.  

  3. Keywords (ranging from 4-6 words).  

 

Article content: 

The research includes a general introduction to the research topic in which the author prepares the study problem, then research questions and assumptions, importance, goals and terminology, then the theoretical framework, previous studies and experiences best global practices formulated in a way that suits the research axes and questions.  In addition, it is necessary to clarify the limits of research (objective, human, temporal, procedural or other for research).  Next, it presents the research approach, which includes identifying the study population and the target sample and the method of selection, the tools for the method of data collection and associated procedures, the statistical method used to analyze the data, and then presenting and discussing the results of the study in light of the study hypotheses or questions.  Finally comes the conclusion that summarizes the findings of the study, recommendations, and proposed future studies.  

 If the research is funded, a word of thanks can be added to the funding body for the research, with the need to disclose the grant number and the name of the donor in full in the first margin of the research.  

If the origin of the research is a scientific letter, obtained by the author, or one of the authors with a master's or doctoral degree, it is necessary to disclose this in the first footnote to the title of the research, with reference to the data of the research, the donor and the date of the grant, and the link of the original study to provide this.  

Supported authentication method:  

  1. The writing of quotations and the list of references in the research should be standardized according to the seventh edition of the American psychological Association (APA) method.  

  2. References are indicated in the body of the research; mention the last name of the author and the year of publication in parentheses, and completely dispense with footnotes, except for annotations.  

  3. The end of the search includes the list of references that include the list of Arab references, followed by foreign references (and incorporate the Arabic references, while distinguishing them for the purposes of review), with the sorting of references from a to Z, according to the seventh version of the method of the American psychological Association  (APA) with the addition of electronic links to the mentioned references, if any.  

Conditions for editing the research paper:  

The author is bound by the following conditions while writing the research paper:  

  1. The research should be characterized by linguistic integrity in terms of stylistic, expressive and spelling aspects, as well as grammatical aspects.  

  2. Research references and tools should be modern.  

  3. The format of the materials presented in Word format is editable, and you must use traditional Arabic font, font size 14, and single line space.  

  4. Page margins from top and bottom are 2.54 cm, left and right 1.54 cm, typing in one column, space between lines (single), and indent paragraphs by 0.6 cm.  

  5. A thick font   (Bold) is used for headings, table headings, and graphics (if any), and no lower underline (underline) or italic (italic) is used.  

  6. A 10-point font is used in table headings, graphics, and table content (if any).  

  7. The thick font  (Bold) is used in the list of Arabic references in the areas of use of italic (italic) adopted in the English language, according to the method of authentication adopted.  

  8. Thick font is not used in the context of texts as much as possible (except for a scientific purpose).  

  9. Page numbers should appear in the middle of the bottom of the search pages.  

  10. To make your research easier to write, you must adhere to the template published through the journal's website.  

Romanizing Arabic references 

The author is committed to Romanize Arabic references, according to the following:  

  1. If the reference data published in Arabic in the list of references (which includes the name, names of authors, title of the research paper, and journal data) is translated into English in the original journal published in it, it is written as it is in the list of English references, with the word  (in Arabic) added in parentheses after the title of the reference.  

  2. If the reference data published in Arabic does not exist in English at the origin of the journal published in it, the name, or the names of the authors, is romanized, and then followed by the title of the research paper if it is available in English at the origin of the research paper, and if it is not available it is translated into English, it is then followed by the name of the journal in which the research paper was published in English if it is written in it, and if it is not written in it it is translated into English.  Then add the words (in Arabic) in parentheses immediately after the title without any comma or point.   

  3. The numbered references are included with the list of foreign references and are arranged in the list as a foreign reference in alphabetical order.  

Instructions for drawings, shapes and tables:  

  1. The drawings and tables are numbered sequentially in the entire research paper, (such as: table (1), Figure  (1)), and if there are multiple parts in numbers, each part should be classified (e.g. Figure 1(a), Figure 1(b), tables and shapes are listed in search with editable properties, and images are sent in separate files after being named and numbered as they appear in search, with a high quality suitable for design.  

  2. Table labels are mentioned before them, and in the shapes and pictures below them in bold  (Bold).  

  3. When writing the numbers in the tables for Arabic research, take into account the addition of zero to the left of the decimal places, the sign negative to the right (if any), the stars to the left (if any).  In English-language research, the situation is reversed.
