Dr. Husam Zaman, the Director General or the Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education, underlined the importance of communication and cooperation between research centers and universities to get the benefit of the research and studies conducted by both parties to develop and promote the quality of education process.
Within this context, RCQE delegation, head by Dr. Zaman, visited the dean of Education Faculty in King Saud University Prof. Dr. Yousif A. Alshumaimeri. During the visit, Dr. Husam highlighted the great support paid by the wise leadership of the kingdom to the education and assured that the Kingdom aims at developing the education process nationally and regionally through the extensive attention paid to the activities of RCQE. RCQE Director General pointed out as well to the importance of merging the higher education to the general education which will enable unification of efforts exerted to promote quality and cope with the international education systems.
During the meeting, Dr. Alshumaimeri and Dr. Zaman discussed the opportunities of mutual cooperation for sharing research and advisory services. Dr. Alshumaimeri highlighted the necessity of building cooperation and partnership channels to support the education in the Kingdom and to participate regionally through RCQE in quality and excellence issues in the Arab world. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Alshumaimeri dedicated to Dr. Zaman a painting which was ranked the first in the artistic competitions in the faculty.
