In completion procedures of establishing the Regional Centre for Quality and Excellence in Education, with the approval of the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), signed by His Excellency the Director-General of UNESCO Irina Bokova, the foundation of the center agreement. This occurs after the signature of his Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al Faisal, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Board of the Regional Centre for educational Quality and Excellence, on the project agreement after the approval of the Council of Ministers.
