October 13, As a representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, his Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Minister of Education and Chairperson of the Board of Directors at the Regional Centre for Quality and Excellence in Education, signed the agreement on establishing the center and that upon the approval of the Royal Court by letter No. 37 910, date of 09/17/1435 AH. It is expected, God willing, to complete establishment procedures by signing HE Director-General of the UNESCO as the second party of the agreement, which is expected to be in Paris later this month.
